The Fruit & Vegetable Screener for Youth utilizes the 9-item dietary assessment component of the National Youth Risk Behavior Survey developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It assesses recent (1-4 week) fruit and vegetable intake and has been validated in a wide range of populations. Scantron® format.
